On May 21, 2024, Google launched the Pixel 8a, their midrange phone offering. This device which starts at $499 USD (around PKR 138000 in Pakistan). Offers an inexpensive way to join their network without sacrificing quality.
The Pixel 8a is powered by Google’s Tensor G3 system-on-chip, offering AI capabilities first introduced on its flagship Pixel 8. It offers enough space and performance with a 6.1-inch display that has been upgraded for more clear visuals and faster user experiences. It also has 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage for regular use and media consumption.
Although getting a midrange smartphone Google Pixel 8a equals the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro in terms of software and security support, making it comparable to their flagship models. Expect performance and upgrades comparable to those offered with their premium smartphones, which makes this phone a great choice for people on a limited budget who want good quality at a reasonable price.
